This is one of the best locations of Shake Shack I’ve ever been to. The atmosphere is clean, it’s organized well, and isn’t too crowded. Food is also prepared well and prepared in time. The fries are fried crisply and aren’t soggy. They also sell vegetarian burgers here too!

We only waited like 15 minutes. Very good service. Food was amazing. Not very pricy either. 10 out of 10. You can customize your burger , hotdog, ETC. You can sub a gluten free bun too. Definitely recommend

Can only speak to the shakes here but really good. Thick, rich, creamy and consistent with the other locations we’ve visited. Wishing they’d bring back the peanut butter flavour but the chocolate shake sufficed. Staff were super friendly. Place was packed, seating was limited and people were loving their burgers from all the overheard positive comments!

We had a great time dining at Shake Shack in New Orleans. Their classic ShackBurger was juicy and flavorful, and the fries were perfectly crispy — a great combo that hit the spot! I used the kiosk when I entered and ordered my food to dine in. Make sure to take a number and enter that number on the kiosk if you plan to dine in. There were plenty of seats. The food arrived at my table exactly how I ordered it. The food was delicious. I will definitely stop here again for a bite to eat.

We love Shake Shack! You order on a kiosk and they bring your order to you. Everything is fresh! Their fries are so crispy, never soggy, and have lots of salt. The burgers are amazing!! Will definitely be back.

Have been waiting to try Shake Shack on my next visit to NOLA. It was absolutely worth it. The burger was excellent and the chicken bites were great as well. We had a single avocado bacon cheeseburger, chicken bites, and cheddar bacon fries. The staff we encountered were kind and helpful. The only thing that caused a 4 instead of a 5 star on food was the ranch that came with the chicken bites. It was prepackaged and did not have a good ranch flavor. However, it did not ruin our experience and cannot wait to come again.

First shake shack experience and its far better than expected. The burgers are worth the price. The service staff were very helpful. As a traveller from the Uk i was unable to use the self service kiosks as you needed a us phone number. The till staff quickly helped out. I would come back, would also look at trying other Shake Shacks in the US.
